SHIPPING COSTS:

DELIVERY TIMES:

Once your order is received, please allow 1-3 business days to have your order processed. For those items in stock, our fulfillment warehouse pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as fast as possible. For custom orders please allow an addition week if the wood is in stock. If the type of wood is not in stock please allow and additional week to the custom order. If we are experiencing an unexpectedly high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking details. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we can’t guarantee shipping times.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:

  • 7-12 business days to United States, Canada

  • 15-20 business days to the rest of the world

DAMAGES:

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at XXXXXXXXXXX right away.Please note our Refund Policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

If your product is defective, immediately let our staff know and we'll send you a replacement.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the workmanship, you can notify our staff and we will request that you return the item(s) and purchaser will bear the shipping cost associated with the returns. Once we receive the product back we will send you a replacement or issue a refund. 

To put in a request for a return, please email our support staff. Once the claim is approved, they will ask you to send your items back to us or our global warehouse in Oregon, USA. Please note that the purchaser will bear any shipping costs associated with the returns.

 

REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day, no-hassle refund policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back within 30 days of receiving your product and we'll promptly refund your money once we receive your product. Please note that the product must be received in original working condition with the original packaging. The refund will be processed once our team confirms receipt of the return.

CANCELLATIONS

To make an order cancellation please contact us immediately on XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. If you cancel your purchase within 24-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

SHIPPING COSTS

It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
