This beatiful multi wood cutting board is made from Rustic Hickory, Sapele, Purpleheart and Black Walnut. Rustic Hickory is a beautiful wood that stands out with show-stopping color variations, grain patterns, tight knots and marks. Hickory is a long lived North American Species. Mature trees grow to a height up to 100 ft with a diameter up to 2 ft. Sapele is golden to dark reddish brown. Sapele is known for a wide range of grain patterns such as: wavy, quilted, fiddleback, mottled and beeswing. Sapele is from Tropical Africa. Mature trees grow to a height up to 150 ft and a diameter up to 5 ft. Purpleheart is popular for its deep purple color that darkens with UV exposure. Purpleheart is from Central & South America. Mature trees grow to a height up to 170 ft with a diameter up to 5 ft.
