This hand crafted cookbook stand is made from Sapele and Padauk woods. Sapele is golden to dark reddish brown. Sapele is known for a wide range of grain patterns such as: wavy, quilted, fiddleback, mottled and beeswing. Sapele is from Tropical Africa. Mature trees grow to a height up to 150 ft and a diameter up to 5 ft. Padauk is from Central and Tropical West Africa. The color of Padauk is a beautiful reddish orange color.
